1. Purpose of SMS messages
We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes. For visitors who explicitly opt in through our contact form, messages may also include responses to property inquiries, requested real estate information, and related follow-up.
2. Consent is voluntary
By checking the optional SMS box and providing your phone number on our website, you agree to receive real estate-related text messages from Lake Country Group, brokered by eXp Realty. Consent is not required to submit a contact form, obtain services, or make a purchase. Checking the SMS box is optional and it is not preselected.
3. How to unsubscribe
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we can begin sending SMS messages to you again.
